REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy


At Maison Sabbah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we have a simple and clear refund policy in place.


1. Return period


You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund or make a return. After this period, we unfortunately will not be able to accept your return or issue a refund.


2. Conditions for reimbursement


Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:

• Products must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.


3. Return and refund process

• To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact us at contact.maisonsabbah@gmail.com specifying your order number and the reason for the return.

• Once your return request has been approved, you will need to return the items to the address provided by us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we make an error (defective item, error in the order).

• Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund the total amount of your order (excluding shipping costs), to the payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund time will depend on your payment method and can take between 5 and 10 business days.


4. Partial refund


If returned items are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to refund you a partial amount, equivalent to the value of the item in its condition upon receipt.


5. Exchanges


If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at contact.maisonsabbah@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we made an error.


6. Refund in case of defective product


If the product you received is defective or damaged, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund or exchange the defective item at no additional cost to you.
