1. Orders and Payments


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay.


Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?

Once your order is placed, it will be processed quickly. If you wish to modify or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible via our customer service.


How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

What are your delivery times?

Express delivery : 1 to 2 working days

Standard delivery : 2 to 4 working days


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to several countries. Delivery costs and times vary depending on your destination.


What should I do if I don't receive my order?

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.


Can I return a piece of jewelry if it doesn't suit me?

Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to return an unworn item in its original packaging.


Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

Yes, we accept exchanges and refunds within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we made an error.

What is your jewelry made of?

Our premium collection jewelry is gold-plated or silver-plated and adorned with zircon , a synthetic stone that imitates the sparkle of diamonds.

And in stainless steel for the Essential collection.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To preserve their shine, clean them gently with a soft cloth and store them in a dry place when not wearing them.


Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Our jewelry is designed to minimize the risk of allergies, but this may vary depending on your skin sensitivity.
